Computer Club Achievements

When I was in high school I was a member of the computer science club for two years. In the 7th grade I won the first place for logo design. This was my first attempt at logo design and I continued it over the years for several occasions. The challenge with this competition was that we were allowed to use only the pre-installed software available in windows 7.

The 8th grade was when I started coding in scratch. I made several games which were used as mini games during the annual day of NPS. When tasked with a comic design using scratch, I made a comic strip about a sculptor pushing a piece of marble up a hill. It would take him several days of effort and hard work just to push it up the hill whilst other artisans would mock him. However what they never realized is that on top of the hill wind blew cool and moisture was low which allowed the artisan to make superior art that sold for much more that his competition. Since his palm didn't sweat either, his tools retained their durability for longer and the amount of imperfections were close to non existent. The moral of the story being quality of work trumps quantity of work.
